Set on a marvellous spot with views extending over the whole of Valtiberina is Casale Borgo. The property is one of a few remaining on the hills surrounding Sansepolcro.

The main house is arranged over several levels. On the ground floor there are three stalls, each with an independent entrance from outside and all retaining original wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles and flagstone floors.

In the centre there is the main entrance, opening onto a wonderful old stone staircase. The staircase has 8 steps and leads to a landing where on the left hand side there is a bedroom with beautiful original ceilings and on the right hand side a large room that gives access to further two rooms.

At the back of the building and set on a different level, there are four rooms (formally stalls). Upstairs there is the old hay barn.
